Job summary

Synergi Recruitment is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a leading FMCG manufacturer in Boston. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment, with 4 on 4 off days and nights, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement on site.

You will perform electrical maintenance on PLCs, CMMS, inverters and control panels, support new installations, and uphold health, safety and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills with mechanical knowledge.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment.
