Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Joiner for our Swindon area, performing complex repairs and a range of multi-trade tasks. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, 8 am–7 pm Mon–Fri with Saturday mornings on a rota, plus an out-of-hours callout rota with enhanced pay.

Applicants must live within Swindon or Gloucester, hold a full UK driving licence, and be prepared for a basic DBS check funded by Guinness. NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in delivering high-quality repairs in a social housing setting is preferred.
• Must be able to carry out multiple trades to complete repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out complex repairs and multi-trade tasks in residents’ homes.
• Operate safely and follow procedures to ensure quality workmanship.
• Record and report information accurately and on time.
