Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Mult-skilled Joiner to join the Exeter team, delivering responsive repairs and a range of multi-trade tasks. This permanent role is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with a Saturday morning rota, and includes participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota with additional payment.

You must live in or near Exeter, hold a full UK driving licence, and have NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in the trade. A basic DBS check will be paid for by Guinness.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-trade capability across joinery, plumbing, tiling, and flooring.
• Experience in customer-focused housing/maintenance environment preferred.
• Able to record information accurately and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work.
• Work in Exeter region, full-time, 40 hours weekly.
• Participate in out-of-hours callout rota with additional payment.
• Drive to residents' homes with a valid UK driving license.
