Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC, Blackpool

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a focus on HVAC to provide high-quality building maintenance support to our clients. You will be part of a team ensuring that services meet contractual requirements and comply with all relevant regulations. Your responsibilities include supervising contractors, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining building assets.

The ideal candidate will have:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration
• City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (7189) Level 2 or 3
• City & Guilds Refrigeration, Air-conditioning, and Heat Pump Systems (6090) Level 3
• F-Gas Category 1 (City & Guilds 2079)

You should be flexible with work hours, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively. You will undertake maintenance and installation tasks, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, and maintain all assets according to manuals and policies. Reactive repairs, fault diagnosis, and accurate record-keeping are also key responsibilities.

Requirements include the ability to carry tools up to 20kg, work at heights, and hold a full UK driving license. Availability for call-outs is essential.
