HVAC Commissioning Engineer

Job Description

Our client is a respected and long-established provider of technical building services, specialising in HVAC, compliance, and commissioning solutions across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, commercial, and industrial environments. They're seeking a Commissioning Engineer due to expansion within the division. The Commissioning Engineer will setup, complete validation, and commission air and water systems (HVAC) in line with current industry standards such as CIBSE Codes and BSRIA guidelines.

You will be responsible for testing, balancing, and demonstrating systems to clients and consultants while ensuring accurate and timely completion of all relevant documentation. This is a field-based role covering sites within 1-2 hours of the commissioning engineer's home.

Commissioning Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Salary is circa £35k depending on experience
• 20 days holidays plus bank holidays, rising with service

Commissioning Engineer Job Overview

Commissioning Engineer Job Requirements

• Hold a UK driving license
• Previous HVAC commissioning experience
• Knowledge of air and water balancing commissioning
• Understanding and knowledge of working on CIBSE Codes and BSRIA guidelines
• Minimum Grade 2 CSA
