Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 DOE

We are seeking a highly capable Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join our small, hands‑on engineering team. This role requires someone who is confident, experienced, and able to work independently while taking full ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of equipment
  • Work with PLC systems and control panels
  • Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively
  • Support continuous improvement and maintenance programmes
  • Travel across the North West to carry out maintenance, repairs, and support at various retail locations
About You:
  • Strong electrical engineering background
  • Multi-skilled with solid mechanical understanding
  • Proven experience with PLC controls and control panel work
  • Excellent fault-finding abilities
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing demands
  • Positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
  • Self‑sufficient and confident working in a small engineering team
  • Willing and able to travel throughout the Northwest as part of the role
