Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover East Anglia, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems. You will ensure completion of work orders and PMs within SLAs, while contributing to contract profitability and service quality.

The role requires an NVQ or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services, a valid UK driving licence, and CSCS. IT literacy and safety documentation knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must have a current, valid driving licence.
• NVQ, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services along with proven maintenance experience.
• Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are always followed.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of First Aid
• IT Literate - Basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
• Ensure all delegated reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
• Provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service.
• To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly
• To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
• Support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered, safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota

About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Tuesday - 08:00 to 16:30

This is a mobile role covering East Anglia.
