Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer located in Salisbury to maintain fully automated production machinery and maximise uptime. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement robust fixes across a busy factory environment.

The role requires hands-on electrical maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing, a recognised electrical engineering qualification, and the ability to work a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern.

Essential Requirements

Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
Hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
