Pioneer Selection is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a leading, fully automated manufacturing site in Salisbury. This is a technically challenging role in a state-of-the-art factory where you will develop your career in maintenance and potentially into supervision.

You will perform electrical maintenance, fault-finding and scheduled preventative maintenance on automated production equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on fault-finding experience.
• Experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance on fully automated production machinery.
• Perform fault-finding to minimise downtime and maximise uptime.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance to improve reliability.

Shift: 4 on 4 off Days

Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
