Pioneer Selection Ltd is sourcing an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a state-of-the-art, fully automated factory in Salisbury. You will maintain electrical systems on high-speed production machinery, perform fault-finding and planned maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The role offers a dayshift pattern of 4 on 4 off and a salary around £46,500 with a strong benefits package including pension, life insurance and gym access.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.

Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

• Hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
