Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd. is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing site in Salisbury.

The role focuses on electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery to maximise uptime. The successful candidate will have hands-on electrical fault-finding experience, a recognised electrical engineering qualification and experience in manufacturing.

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on fault-finding and maintenance in a fast-paced factory.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventive maintenance on automated production machinery.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Salisbury
Salary: £50,700
Shift: 4 on 4 off Night

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements

• Hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
