Pioneer Selection is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a state-of-the-art, fully automated factory in Wiltshire. You will maintain electrical systems on rapid, high‑volume production lines and drive machine uptime.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventive maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Requirements

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
• Hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Level 3 Electrical Qualifications (18th Edition).
