Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer

Alexander Steele is collaborating with a leading food manufacturing company based in Norfolk. We are seeking an experienced multi-skilled engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. The role involves testing and repairing equipment across the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various production equipment, including vehicles and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to reduce downtime and prevent production interruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Adhere to safety regulations and apply good electrical and safety practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or relevant qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing or processing environment.
• Excellent communication skills across different stakeholder levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
