Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi–Skilled HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward–thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Multi–Skilled HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi–Skilled HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi–Skilled HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all aspects of Mechanical and HVAC systems are maintained in optimal working order and in compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
• Managing a team of 3 site engineers assuring all engineering tasks across the site are completed in a timely manner.
• Carry out Planned and Reactive tasks in accordance with KPI's.
• Supervise subcontractors in accordance with H&S legislation.
• You will be part of a team of multi–skilled technical support staff.
• Ensure that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
• You will assist in supervising sub–contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.

To be successful for this Multi–Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• F–Gas qualification.
• Multi–Skilled individual with expertise in another trade (Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing etc).
• Good working knowledge of Electrical, BMS & Fire systems.
• Capable of plumbing works and a good knowledge of building fabric repairs.
• You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload.
• Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in.
• The successful candidate will need to complete a vetting check.
