Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all aspects of Mechanical and HVAC systems are maintained in optimal working order and in compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
• Managing a team of 3 site engineers assuring all engineering tasks across the site are completed in a timely manner.
• Carry out Planned and Reactive tasks in accordance with KPI's.
• Supervise subcontractors in accordance with H&S legislation.
• You will be part of a team of multi-skilled technical support staff.
• Ensure that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
• You will assist in supervising sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.

To be successful for this Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• F-Gas qualification.
• Multi-Skilled individual with expertise in another trade (Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing etc).
• Good working knowledge of Electrical, BMS & Fire systems.
• Capable of plumbing works and a good knowledge of building fabric repairs.
• You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload.
• Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in.
• The successful candidate will need to complete a vetting check.
