Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee the technical delivery for a BT account cluster. You will guide teams on mechanical and electrical systems, ensure safety compliance, and respond rapidly to incidents while supporting management on service delivery metrics.

The role requires multi-disciplinary knowledge, formal technical qualifications, and experience supervising in a multi-site FM environment. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification (e.g. NVQ, HNC/HND, degree or equivalent experience).
• Experience supervising technical services in a multi-site FM environment.
• Authorised Person status or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical operations across a defined BT site cluster with safe, compliant solutions.
• Provide guidance on mechanical and electrical systems for efficient service delivery.
• Respond rapidly to operational incidents and customer issues; support AOM and Contract Support.
• Collaborate with BU TSM and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop high‑performing teams; manage performance and coaching.
