Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical supervisory role in FM or maintenance.
• Strong computer skills, including work order systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion.
• Engineering background with ability to estimate labour, materials and trades.
• Strong written and verbal communication, approachable and tactful.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and redline as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical services that meet client expectations and comply with CBRE safety programs.
• Lead a team of technicians to maximize self-performed work.
• Manage specialist subcontractors ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and cost savings.
• Manage budgets for the service lines within the contract model.
• Provide solutions and quotations for small project works.
• Identify opportunities for expanded scope and services.
• Carry out maintenance and repair activities as required.
• Oversee on-site technical service delivery.
