CBRE, Inc. seeks a Technical Supervisor to be the site point of contact for all technical service delivery. You will lead technicians, manage subcontractors, and drive self-performed work while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on site.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, accurate labour-hour estimation, and developing opportunities for additional services, with strong planning, communication, and leadership skills required.

Formación

• 2+ years in a technical supervisory role in FM or maintenance.
• Engineering background with ability to estimate labour hours, materials and trades.
• Strong computer skills with planning and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical services that meet client expectations while complying with CBRE HSE programs.
• Manage a team of technicians to deliver services and maximize self-performed work.
• Oversee specialist subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage budgets and provide solutions/quotations for small project works.
• Identify opportunities for increased scope and additional services.
• Carry out maintenance and repair activities on site.
• Provide strong on-site technical service delivery.
