• Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously and complete them.
• Engineering background with capability to estimate labour hours, material requirements and trades.
• Strong written and verbal communications; approachable and tactful.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and sketch/redline drawings.
• Familiar with maintenance processes and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site technical services are delivered in compliance with health, safety and environmental programmes.
• Act as Technical Services point of contact for all activities and provide technical support.
• Manage a team of technicians to deliver services and maximise self-performed work.
• Supervise specialist subcontractors, ensuring compliance with programmes and CBRE standards.
• Champion Maintenance Excellence and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Assist Site Leader with budget management and quoting for small projects.
• Identify opportunities for expanded scope and additional CBRE services.
• Carry out maintenance and repair activities as needed, including emergencies or cover.
