Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee domestic retrofit and energy efficiency works across a network of residential properties in South Wales (NP16 area). The role involves coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects with minimal disruption to occupiers.

Candidates should have site supervision experience in housing or domestic retrofit, with a valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within construction, housing or domestic retrofit.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties and managing subcontractors.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements, including RAMS and site compliance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Valid CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of domestic retrofit and energy efficiency works across multiple residential properties.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Carry out regular site inspections, monitoring progress and identifying any defects or issues.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety regulations, including RAMS and site procedures.
• Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays and work with the wider team to resolve issues.
• Liaise with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and minimise disruption.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, photographic evidence and quality documentation.
• Ensure completed works meet the required standards and support successful property handovers.
