Correct Contract Services Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor - Retrofit to lead on-site operations for energy efficiency projects across the UK. You will supervise retrofits, ensure CDM and HSE compliance, and coordinate subcontractors to CCS standards while maintaining strong client and resident liaison.

The role requires experience in energy efficiency and retrofit projects, knowledge of social housing maintenance, and excellent communication skills with technical teams and residents.

Qualifications

• SSSTS or equivalent is required.
• Strong technical auditing experience.
• Knowledge of social housing maintenance and large-scale installations.
• Experience in energy efficiency and retrofit projects preferred.
• Experience in electrical work or building fabric insulation preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise retrofitting and energy efficiency projects across UK social housing.
• Ensure CDM compliance and health & safety protocols.
• Manage site inductions and support audits.
• Report progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to CCS standards.
• Conduct on-site quality checks and compliance certification.
• Liaise with clients and residents to maintain service quality.
