Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a major residential refurbishment programme in Bristol. You will own delivery from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality and on-time progress across multiple buildings.

Applicants should have proven site management experience in refurbishment or housing projects, CSCS Black Card and SMSTS, and be able to coordinate trades and liaise with clients and supply chain. Driving licence and travel flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager in construction.
• Experience in refurbishment, housing, property services or general building.
• Up-to-date safety accreditations (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Black Card).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with wider project teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of the project site, delivering works safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site trades, subcontractors and labour to maintain high standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, RAMS and quality control.
• Collaborate with commercial, procurement and client teams to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Manage site logistics, plant and material coordination.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and maintain site records and reports.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and supply chain partners.
