Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Site Manager for retrofit and planned refurbishment works across multiple social housing contracts. You’ll lead a skilled trade team, mobilise new clients and manage safety, quality and deadlines on site.

The role requires SMSTS/NVQ, a full UK driving licence and DBS clearance. You will coordinate across sites with a master programme and ensure value, efficiency and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification is required.
• Full UK driving licence and DBS check.
• Experience delivering retrofit and planned refurbishment in social housing.

Responsibilities

• Manage site teams, work activities and resources to meet contract requirements.
• Select and form site personnel teams (including Sub Contractors).
• Collate preconstruction information (packs, asbestos surveys, etc.).
• Ensure contract documentation/reports are accurate and produced on time with Contracts Manager.
• Identify site hazards and implement risk assessments and controls.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and welfare laws.
• Assist in preparation for estimates, bids and tenders with Contracts Manager.
• Create, manage and report on multi-site master programmes.
