Job summary

ASW Property Services Limited in Wales seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee larger projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years in site management within construction, with strong leadership, quality and safety focus.

You will coordinate trades, manage materials and labour to meet specifications, ensure on-schedule delivery and maintain clear communication with clients. A valid driver’s license and the ability to read drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Site Manager role in construction.
• Experience with social housing projects and PAS2030 retrofit is preferred.
• Driver's license is required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities.
• Organise labour and materials to meet timelines.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee safety protocols and RAMS.
• Provide regular status reports to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
