Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of retail management experience, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving KPIs (footfall, conversion, AOV) and revenue growth.
• Experience managing multi-site or high-volume retail operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance management and succession planning.
• Budgets and payroll management within agreed parameters; cost control expertise.
• Experience in visual merchandising with maintaining store presentation standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple sites and manage competing priorities.
• An interest in football is desirable.
