• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to HMRC standards across stores.
• Coach teams on processes and customer journey to drive sales and service.
• Oversee store performance and loyalty to brand guidelines and supplier requirements.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and manage peaks to maintain hours.
• Drive sales with add-on behaviours and effective queue management.
