Job summary

Slim Chickens is seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Operations Manager to oversee performance across multiple restaurants. You will work with General Managers to drive sales, optimise labour and food costs, and uphold brand standards.

This senior leadership role involves regular site visits, developing management teams, and delivering operational excellence across sites. You will report to the Director of Exultant and contribute to future expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-site operations role within hospitality/restaurant industries.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations and managing General Managers.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of improving sales and profitability.
• Excellent leadership to inspire and develop management teams.
• Understanding of labour costs, food costs, stock control and operational performance.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to identify problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, organisation and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to travel between restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations.
• Supporting, coaching and developing General Managers to reach their potential.
• Driving sales growth, profitability and overall commercial performance across sites.
• Monitoring labour costs, food costs, stock control and wastage.
• Ensuring brand standards, food quality, cleanliness and customer service.
• Identifying opportunities and implementing improvements to drive performance.
• Leading recruitment, retention and succession planning across sites.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety and procedures.
• Conducting regular restaurant visits and operational reviews.
• Building a strong management culture with accountability and high performance.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver objectives and expansion.
