Slim Chickens is seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Operations Manager to oversee performance across our Uxbridge locations and additional sites. You’ll lead General Managers, drive commercial performance and ensure brand standards, food quality and guest experience.

Reporting to the Director of Exultant, you’ll visit sites regularly, develop management teams and implement improvements to boost sales, profitability and operational excellence across multiple restaurants in the UK.

Formación

• Proven experience in multi-site operations or area management within hospitality or quick-service restaurants.
• Ability to lead and develop General Managers across locations.
• Strong commercial mindset with track record of improving sales and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.”
• Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations.
• Coach and develop General Managers to achieve potential.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and overall commercial performance across sites.
• Monitor labour costs, food costs, stock control and wastage.
• Ensure brand standards, food quality, cleanliness and customer service.
