Active Care Group in Dymchurch is seeking a Registered Manager to lead Bethany House & Bethany Lodge, ensuring safe, effective, person-centred care across two services. You will be responsible for regulatory compliance, quality, and operational performance while building strong relationships with residents, families and professionals.

The role requires Level 5 leadership in adult social care, substantial management experience, and strong CQC knowledge.

• Level 5 leadership and management qualification for adult social care.
• Substantial management experience in health or social care, ideally as a CQC Registered Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and adult social care requirements.
