Job summary

Liaise is seeking a proactive Registered Manager to lead two care homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support across both services.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, maintain CQC compliance, and manage budgets to deliver consistent, compassionate care across sites.

Applicants should have health and social care management qualifications and strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with local authorities. A UK driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience in health and social care.
• Understanding of current health and social care legislation and CQC requirements.
• Experience managing a health and social care service.
• Experience overseeing multiple services or teams is desirable.
• Experience collaborating with Social Services, Local Authorities, and external professionals.
• Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and operation of both homes.
• Lead, manage and support staff teams across both services.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered.
• Ensure care documentation, plans and risk assessments are up to date.
• Monitor people’s wellbeing and ensure appropriate support is in place.
• Maintain CQC compliance and liaise with external agencies as required.
• Manage budgets and resources across both sites.
• Lead staff through supervision, support and performance management.
