Job summary

360 Crs is seeking a Multisite Registered Manager to establish a new three-home provision in the Langley Park area. You will drive recruitment, safeguarding, budgeting, and compliance while ensuring high-quality care for children aged 7–17 who have experienced trauma.

You will register the service with Ofsted, lead day-to-day operations, and report to the Responsible Individual and Director. A strong track record in leadership and safeguarding is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential care with children
• 2+ years in a management role
• Experience in LD/EDB settings
• Proven track record of Good Ofsted outcomes

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the service from the ground up with Ofsted registration
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, safeguarding, budget, health & safety
• Provide leadership to the Responsible Individual and Director
• Develop a positive team culture and oversee admissions, care planning, transitions, education and wellbeing
• Maintain records and care plans, build multi-agency relationships, drive continuous improvement
• Participate in on-call rota
