Zusammenfassung

Affinity Care is seeking a Quality and Team Manager - Nursing to lead nursing teams across eight GP practice sites in Bradford and Shipley, ensuring high quality patient care. You will oversee around 40 registered nurses, nursing associates and healthcare assistants, focusing on people management, audit and compliance, and turning quality checks into practical improvements.

This is a nonclinical management role; nursing registration is not required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing teams across multiple sites.
• Experience coordinating an audit or assurance programme.
• Knowledge of CQC requirements is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate site assessments against CQC requirements and create action plans.
• Lead an audit programme covering infection control, vaccine storage, and clinical processes.
• Manage induction, appraisals and staff development.
• Oversee nursing capacity, rotas and staff records across eight sites.
• Report on quality and safety to ensure improvements are followed through.
