Job summary

Bite Talent is partnering with a leading American chicken QSR concept to recruit an Operations Manager for the North West region. The role oversees 8+ high-volume restaurants across Manchester, Liverpool and the wider North West, with a focus on delivering strong commercial results and outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead General Managers, drive brand standards, and support expansion through new openings. A hands-on leader with a proven track record in multi-site operations is required.

• Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding.
• Proven track record in improving sales and profitability.
