Job summary

Bite Talent is recruiting an Operations Manager for a leading American chicken QSR concept in the North West. Overseeing 8+ high-volume restaurants across Manchester, Liverpool and the North West, you will drive commercial performance, brand standards and guest experience.

You will lead General Managers, shape the region's culture and partner with central teams to implement improvements as the brand expands. This is a high-impact, field-based leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Operations Manager, Area Manager or similar multi-site leader within QSR or fast-casual restaurants.
• Responsibility for 8+ high-volume sites.
• Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of restaurant P&Ls.
• Proven track record of improving sales, profitability and operational performance.
• Experience leading and developing General Managers.
• Strong coaching, communication and accountability skills.
• Experience within a fast-growth branded hospitality business.
• Exposure to new restaurant openings or regional expansion.
• A hands-on leadership style and the ability to operate effectively in the field.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial accountability across sales, labour, profitability and controllable costs.
• Leading, coaching and developing General Managers across your region.
• Driving consistent execution of operational and brand standards.
• Improving performance across both established and newly opened restaurants.
• Supporting the successful launch and mobilisation of new sites.
• Partnering with central support teams to deliver operational improvements and business initiatives.
