Job summary

Dawsongroup EMC is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead a busy multi-site parts operation across multiple UK sites. You will oversee stock control, inventory accuracy and service delivery, while guiding a team of Parts Controllers, Picker Packers and Dispatch colleagues to ensure timely availability of parts and minimal downtime for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising a Parts/Stores function.
• Automotive, commercial vehicle or plant industry experience is beneficial.
• Confident using ERP systems and stock management processes.
• Able to prioritise workloads and work to changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team across multiple locations.
• Ensure stock accuracy, availability and inventory levels to support KPIs.
• Oversee receipt, storage, movement and distribution of parts across sites.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
• Promote a safety-first culture and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
