Slim Chickens in Uxbridge is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the restaurant alongside the General Manager. You will be a hands-on leader, motivating the team and ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service every visit.

You'll oversee shifts, maintain food safety standards, manage rosters and stock, and help recruit, train and develop your people. This role offers a clear path for progression within a growing brand and a supportive team.

Competenze

• Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, QSR or food retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
