Job summary

Mum in London is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of up to eight locations across the capital. You will lead multi-site performance, coach General Managers and drive standards, food quality, service, and commercial results.

Working closely with the Head of Operations and senior leadership, you’ll develop teams, optimise processes and ensure consistency across sites, including new openings and menu launches.

Qualifications

• Must have multisite operational leadership experience in premium QSR/fast casual/food-to-go.
• Experience managing a portfolio of high-volume locations.
• Strong track record coaching and developing General Managers.
• Excellent commercial awareness and KPIs understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across up to eight locations in London.
• Coach and develop General Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Drive KPI focus on sales, labour, productivity, stock and food quality.
• Ensure consistent standards and exceptional customer experience across sites.
• Support new site openings and menu launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems.
