• Business & Sales Management – accountable for business, budget and cost centre performance across both Centres; drive sales and develop business plan.
• Operational Management – lead team to maintain high standards and safe, welcoming environments.
• People Management – recruit and develop staff to deliver high-quality leisure offerings and engage with community stakeholders.
