Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ hands-on management experience in a multi-revenue stream environment.
• Commercial mindset focused on improving bottom line.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for direct reports and wider team.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving business with passion for customer service.
• Leisure background ideal; hospitality with strong commercial skills acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of a multi-sport centre, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Drive commercial performance across multiple revenue streams, delivering targets.
• Build, coach and motivate a team through change.
• Create welcoming, inclusive environment encouraging participation in sport and wellbeing.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and the local community to attract and retain customers.
