Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Multi-Site General Manager to provide inspirational leadership and drive the business plan across two leisure facilities in the Arun District. The role requires entrepreneurial drive, financial acumen, and a passion for high standards to deliver a popular leisure offering for the community.

You will oversee business, operations and people management across both centres, travel between sites, and work with stakeholders to engage with the local community.

Qualifications

• At least three years in an operation management (or equivalent) role in a leisure environment.
• Experience of leading teams and delivering a high-standard leisure offering.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Business & Sales Management—Accountability for the business, budgetary and cost centre performance across both Centres, driving sales and developing the business plan.
• Operational Management—Lead the team to ensure excellent operational standards and safe, welcoming activities.
• People Management—Recruit and develop a capable team to deliver high-quality leisure services and engage with the local community.
