Pasta Evangelists is seeking a dedicated Multisite Manager to lead our cloud kitchens across a designated area. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety compliance, coach and engage staff, and maintain high quality across all sites, including evenings and weekends.

This hands-on role requires travel between sites, regular site visits, and collaboration with the Area Manager to drive sales and profitability while opening new kitchens and training teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in multi-site operations or the food service industry.
• Flexible and willing to travel between sites, including overnight stays.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to develop talent.
• Ability to work shifts including weeknights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across multiple kitchens, ensuring standards and safety.
• Visit sites weekly with 2-6 sites under management.
• Maintain daily contact with sites and lead weekly meetings with team leaders.
• Develop Hire & Retain plan and train staff.
• Track KPIs and service times to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Area Manager on recruitment and working practices.
• Conduct robust Performance Appraisals.
• Develop team leaders through coaching.
• Manage employee relations issues in line with employment law.
• Track absence and holidays; enforce absence policy.
• Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are followed.
• Maintain consistent food quality across sites.
• Recognise high performers and celebrate sales achievements.
• Set and communicate daily/weekly Sales Goals.
• Work with Area Manager to maximise kitchen profitability.
• Assist with opening new kitchens and training.
• Deputy for Area Manager when required.
