Job summary

Wolviston Management Services seeks an IT Support & Operations Technician to join Tioxide's IT team. The role provides deskside and remote IT support across Greatham, Stockton, and Wynyard locations, with responsibility for incidents, devices, and IT services.

You will contribute to IT operations: system monitoring, Microsoft 365 administration, IAM, networking, telephony, patching, and project work. A customer-focused, hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in customer-facing IT support or a similar IT service role.
• Experience providing deskside and remote user support.
• Ability to take ownership of service requests and incidents.
• Basic understanding of Infrastructure, Application management, ITIL, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on deskside and remote IT support to users across multiple sites.
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Support users, devices, infrastructure and IT services.
• Assist with monitoring, administration and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop capability across Microsoft 365, IAM, networking, telephony, patching and applications.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, deployments and site changes.
• Maintain accurate service, asset and technical records.
• Follow ITIL-aligned processes and contribute to service improvements.
