Job summary

Wolviston Management Services is seeking an IT Support & Operations Technician to join Tioxide's IT team across Greatham, Stockton, and Wynyard locations. The role covers deskside and remote user support, incident ownership, and IT operations tasks in a busy multi-site environment.

You will handle system monitoring, Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, networking, patching, and project activity while collaborating with IT colleagues and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer-facing IT support or a similar IT service role.
• Experience providing deskside and remote user support.
• Ability to take ownership of service requests and incidents; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on deskside and remote IT support to users across multi-site locations.
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Support monitoring, administration and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Assist with IT projects, deployments, and site changes; maintain accurate records.
• Work within ITIL processes and adhere to service management standards.
