Job summary

Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Cluster Technician to provide frontline IT support across Scunthorpe, Immingham and Grimsby. You will help staff and students make the most of technology, troubleshoot issues and deploy devices.

This is a full-time role (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year) with opportunities for development within a supportive IT team and travel between academy sites in the North East Cluster.

Responsibilities

• Providing desktop, classroom and deskside technical support to staff and students.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining laptops, desktops, iPads and peripheral devices.
• Supporting Windows 11 and a range of educational applications and technologies.
• Assisting with the maintenance and monitoring of networks, wireless infrastructure and server environments.
• Managing and resolving support requests through the Oasis service management system.
• Supporting the deployment of new technologies and digital improvement projects.
• Maintaining accurate ICT asset records and technical documentation.
• Ensuring safeguarding and security software remains operational and up to date.
• Delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships across multiple academy sites.
• Regular travel between academies within the cluster will be required.
