Oasis Community Learning is seeking a motivated Cluster Technician to provide frontline IT support across Scunthorpe, Immingham and Grimsby academies. You’ll troubleshoot issues, deploy devices and help staff and students get the most from technology.
The role offers hands-on experience, travel between sites, and ongoing development within a supportive IT team. Prior IT support experience is welcome but not essential; enthusiasm and a customer‑focussed approach are valued.
Are you passionate about technology and looking to develop your career in IT? Do you enjoy solving problems, helping people and learning new skills?
At Oasis Community Learning, we believe technology plays a vital role in creating exceptional learning environments where every young person can thrive. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Cluster Technician to join our North East IT team, supporting our academies across Scunthorpe, Immingham and Grimsby.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on existing IT knowledge and gain hands‑on experience in a diverse and rewarding role. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, receive ongoing development opportunities and play a key part in supporting the digital technology that underpins teaching, learning and school operations.
As a Cluster Technician, you'll provide frontline IT support across multiple academy sites, helping staff and students make the most of their technology every day. No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from troubleshooting issues and deploying new devices to supporting networks, safeguarding systems and technology projects.
Previous experience in an IT support environment would be beneficial but is not essential. We're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate enthusiasm, transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
