Oasis Community Learning is seeking a motivated Cluster Technician to provide frontline IT support across Scunthorpe, Immingham and Grimsby academies. You’ll troubleshoot issues, deploy devices and help staff and students get the most from technology.

The role offers hands-on experience, travel between sites, and ongoing development within a supportive IT team. Prior IT support experience is welcome but not essential; enthusiasm and a customer‑focussed approach are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide desktop, classroom and deskside technical support to staff and students.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops and peripheral devices.
• Support Windows 11 and educational applications.
• Assist with network maintenance and wireless infrastructure.
• Manage and resolve support requests via the Oasis service desk.
• Assist with deployment of new technologies and digital projects.
• Keep ICT asset records and documentation up to date.
• Ensure safeguarding and security software stays up to date.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships across sites.
• Regular travel between academies within the cluster.
