Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc, Thatcham, is seeking an HR & Payroll Coordinator to deliver a first-class payroll and HR service across Thatcham, Southampton, and Fareham sites, with primary base in Thatcham. The role includes payroll processing, HR administration, and employee records management.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, offering benefits and ongoing professional development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR & payroll in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Time & Attendance platforms.
• CIPD Level 3 or CIPP qualified (or working towards).
• Excellent communication and strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes end-to-end and ensure accuracy.
• Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, leavers.
• Maintain HR records and GDPR-compliant documentation.
• Provide guidance to managers on payroll and HR processes.
