GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a HR & Payroll Coordinator to deliver a first-class payroll and HR service across Thatcham, Southampton, and Fareham, with primary base in Thatcham. The role involves payroll administration, HR records, onboarding, and employee queries in a busy environment.
You will work 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, and travel to other sites as needed. CIPD Level 3 or CIPP progression is desirable alongside strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Here at GXO, we’re seeking a HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our team. You will help to deliver a first‑class payroll and HR service across our sites in Thatcham, Southampton, and Fareham, although your primary base will be Thatcham, travel across our other sites will be required. You will play a key role in supporting the people agenda, coordinating payroll activities, maintaining employee records, and providing professional HR administration support across the business. This is a full‑time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.
