You will handle employee relations cases, provide practical HR advice, support policy implementation, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to reports and continuous improvement initiatives across the full HR

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Officer role.
• Strong employee relations and absence management experience.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary and performance matters.
• Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers.
• Supporting policy implementation and employment law compliance.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration.
• Producing HR reports and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
