Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Mid-Wales is seeking two HR Advisors for a large, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This permanent, full-time role offers exposure to complex employee relations and organisational change, working closely with operational managers and senior HR colleagues.

You’ll support ER, absence management, performance issues, learning and development, and HR projects, with CIPD qualification or progress encouraged.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in generalist HR Advisor, HR Officer or equivalent.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.
• Provide expert advice on absence management and employee relations matters.
• Support managers with performance and capability issues.
• Assist with learning and development initiatives.
• Coach and guide stakeholders on HR best practices.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
